2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
3. Winners may only win once every 30 days, unless you are a Majic 94.1 VIP.
4. Majic 94.1 assumes no responsibility for busy signals, misconnections or defective phone lines.
Majic 94.1 assumes no responsibility for internet streaming broadcast delays or feed disruptions.
5. All incoming calls to the Majic 94.1 studios are recorded and may be used for future rebroadcast.
6. All winners agree to the use of their voice, likeness, and photo for promotional purposes without
compensation.
7. All prizes must be claimed at 200 Radio Dr. Lexington, NC 27292 unless told otherwise. All prizes
must be picked up within 30 working days from date of winning. Only one winner per household. After
30 working days the prize will be invalidated, without advance notification to the winner. All prizes are
nontransferable and cannot be exchanged. Any and all applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Prizes can be picked up during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
8. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release before the prize is claimed.
Proof of identification will be required in order to claim cash or merchandise. For all prizes valued at $50
or more, winners will be required to complete a W-9 and must present a valid driver's license.
9. Majic 94.1 reserves the right to disqualify contestants who it determines in its sole discretion does
not meet eligibility requirements.
10. Majic 94.1 permits only 1 Trip/Grand Prize per family per calender year.
11. Majic 94.1 is not responsible for damage or injury incurred in any form as a result of acceptance of a prize,
trip or merchandise.
12. Employees of Davidson County Broadcasting, INC. and participating sponsors, including their immediate
families, members of any North Carolina Radio, Newspaper or TV Station are ineligible to win any prizes
from Majic 94.1.
13. Majic 94.1 reserves the right to amend or modify the rules as necessary without prior notice.
14. Prizes are subject to change and may be substituted depending on availability.
New VIP Rules: VIp's can win as much as you can on almost any contest. Here are a few you can't win but once every 30 days. Shark's Movie Trivia, Cash contest. The rest are fair game unless other wise noted.
